Process
Dynamic Media On-Hold and In-Store Messaging consists of professionally produced custom messages that are loaded onto a digital messaging system. The messaging system is connected into the music on hold port of your digital phone system for On-Hold Messaging, and to your audio system for In-Store messaging.
(1) Script Development
Our professional writers will help develop and determine direction of the script. We can present different styles of writing – for example, casual, formal, entertaining to informative or sales driven. Each message is customized to your business, ensuring creative impact for you and your callers.
(2) Review & Approval
If you are not 100% satisfied with your scriptwriting, voicing, or overall production, we will re-write your script, re-voice or re-do the entire production at no additional charge! It's our guarantee to ensure you're completely satisfied. In the unlikely event equipment failure occurs, we remove the traditional hassles of waiting for parts or repair, we replace the unit within 3 working days.
(3) Choice of Music & Voice
The results from your message are highly dependent on how it's delivered which is why we carefully select only professional radio male and female voice talent to represent your company.
Our state-of-the-art recording studio is where we add the music of your choice, mix, and complete the final production. All messages are created by our production department to ensure quality standards, incredible sound, and fast turn around times.

(4) Equipment and Message Distribution
We only provide the industry's best digital players. Our players are renowned for their high quality sound, robust reliability, and ease of use. All of the players offered in our program are digital, memory safe, and compatible with most any phone system. Message format delivery is available in the following formats:

- WAV and Related Formats for Direct Load onto VOIP Systems

(5) Installation
Dynamic Media will dispatch a trained technician to install the device on premises. Most installation included the following:
- Download of approved production to message on hold system and ISP system
- Dispatch of certified technician to install device
- Connection of device into music on hold port of phone system
- Integration of announcement devices is connected into designated architecture based on device type (Internet, Phone Line, etc.)
- On-site testing of message and digital format component
- End User training
(6) Post-Install Support
Dynamic Media provides a 90-day warranty on the installation, and a three-year warranty on the equipment. During the warranty period, any issues related to equipment will be corrected, either by next-day equipment shipment or on-site technical dispatch, at no charge.
(7) Message Updates
Productions ranging from 2 to 24 updates a year mean we can design a program to suit your needs and budget. 1, 3, or 5-year plans, annual or monthly payments are available.
